Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the artwork has not yet been shipped.
Important: Once the artwork has been dispatched or shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted.
2. Commissioned Artworks
Due to the personalized nature of original creations, commissioned or custom artworks cannot be cancelled or refunded once the work has commenced.
3. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) are processed only after approval. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
4. Damaged Artwork
We take immense care in packaging, but in the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage (both the packaging and the artwork).
- We will review the details and provide a resolution, such as a replacement (where possible) or a refund.
